You can help keep the Sports Hall of Fame in top shape by making a financial contribution at the All-Star, M.V.P., Starting Line-up orFan Club level. When you Join Our Team you will be supporting the programs and services provided by the Sports Hall of Fame. Regardless of the level you choose, your contribution is vitally important to the Hall. Be A Sport and Support Our Sports Hall of Fame!

Membership Levels:

All Star ($450) 
Participants at the All Star level will receive:

• Tax receipt for full amount; or, up to 4 tickets to the Dinner & Induction Ceremony & a tax receipt for the difference;
• Invitation to all special events hosted by the Sports Hall of Fame
• A commemorative gift
• Two (2) issues of the "Hall-O-Gram"

M.V.P. ($350) 
Participants at the M.V.P. level will receive:

• Tax receipt for full amount; or, up to 4 tickets to the Dinner & Induction Ceremony & a tax receipt for the difference;
• Two (2) issues of the "Hall-O-Gram"

Starting Line-Up (2) ($200) 
Participants at the Starting Line-up (2) level will receive:

• Tax receipt for full amount; or 2 tickets to the Dinner & Induction Ceremony & a tax receipt for the difference;
• Two (2) issues of the "Hall-O-Gram"

Starting Line-Up (1) ($100) 
Participants at the Starting Line-up (1) level will receive: 

• Tax receipt for the full amount; or 1 ticket to the Dinner & Induction Ceremony & a tax receipt for the difference;
• Two (2) issues of the "Hall-O-Gram"

Fan Club ($50)
Participants at the Fan Club level will receive:

• Tax receipt for the full amount
• Two (2) issues of the "Hall-O-Gram"

Upon receipt of your application, you will be invoiced for the membership level you have chosen.
